Commercial indoor playground equipment is built using durable, high-strength materials designed for long-term safety, stability, and heavy daily use. Most structures combine
galvanized steel pipes,
engineered wood, and

Plastic Components: LLDPE, HDPE, and Rotational Molding

EPE or EVA foam, covered with
0.45–0.55mm PVC vinyl that is anti-scratch, waterproof, flame-retardant, and easy to clean. Commercial-grade soft play equipment must be able to withstand constant jumping and crawling while preventing injuries, making high-density foam and thick PVC essential for long-term safety.
