For a 1500sqm FEC, flow and space division are critical. Coolplay created a multi-zone layout featuring a large soft-play structure with tunnels, bridges, spiral slides, ball pits, and climbing towers—engineered to maximize vertical play value while keeping the footprint flexible. Coolplay manufactured all equipment using anti-rust galvanized steel, fire-retardant PVC, EPE foam, LLDPE rotational-molded components, and reinforced netting suitable for heavy daily use.Slides were produced with fiberglass and LLDPE for maximum strength, while stainless-steel tube slides were added as premium attractions. All materials comply with ASTM F1918, EN1176, UL94 fire standards, and GCC safety requirements—ensuring smooth inspections and long operational lifespan.
