The following warranty policy applies to all indoor playground equipment supplied and installed by Coolplay. Our goal is to provide customers with reliable, safe, and long-lasting playground solutions.

Limited Warranty

Coolplay warrants its playground equipment to the original customer to be free from structural failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, provided the equipment is installed according to our specifications.

• The warranty period begins on the date the installation is completed.
• During the covered period, Coolplay will provide replacement parts free of charge or guide customers on self-installation if applicable.
• This warranty does not cover freight costs, labor fees for removal, or installation of repaired/replacement parts.

Warranty Coverage

• Metal Parts: 2 Years
  Galvanized steel pipes, stainless steel hardware (bolts, screws, nuts, washers), and structural metal components (excluding guns, cannons, and ball blasters).
• Plastic & Fiberglass Components: 2 Years
  LLDPE and fiberglass parts such as slides, tunnels, panels, junction tubes, themed roofs, houses, towers, cube climbers, swing seats, and seesaws.
• Soft Play Products: 1 Year
  Platforms, themed panels and roofs, climbers, stairs, soft PVC leather items, decorative cartoon boards, wall cushions, bridges, punching bags, mats, cushions, fences for ball pits, and soft obstacles.
• Auxiliary Equipment: 1 Year
  Trampolines, safety nets, PVC pipes, webbing equipment, clamps, nylon strings.
  (Excludes plastic balls for ball pits)
• Kids Merry-Go-Round: 1 Year
  Electronic parts (air blower, motor, gearbox, compressor, magnetic valve, buttons) and frame/padding.
• Ball Blaster: 1 Year
  Electrical and pneumatic parts, as well as steel structures and mounting hardware.
  (Excludes foam balls for ball blasters)

Spare Parts

All turnkey playground projects by Coolplay include a set of free spare parts, designed to support maintenance for 1–3 years. Customers are responsible for proper storage, correct usage, and maintenance according to Coolplay’s installation and maintenance manuals.

Important Notes

• This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. If equipment is resold, transferred, or mortgaged, the warranty becomes void.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow installation/maintenance instructions are not covered.
• Proper installation and regular maintenance are required to keep the warranty valid.
