Delivery & Shipping Basics – Coolplay Playground
At Coolplay Playground, we make sure every order is prepared and delivered with care for a smooth installation process.
- Production Lead Time: Standard orders are completed within 15–30 days (around 80% of cases). Custom-designed playground structures may take 25–45 days.
- Pre-Shipping Confirmation: Before delivery, we provide detailed photos and a 3D installation diagram for your review.
- Frame & Parts Assembly: Frames and plastic parts are pre-assembled and photographed for quality checks. All pipes are number-marked according to the installation diagram. Plastic parts are pre-joined, and holes are pre-drilled for easy connection (tubes, slides, bridges, etc.).
- Tube Slides: Shipped as one piece if space allows; otherwise, separated and marked for simple reassembly.
- Installation Diagram: A complete 3D installation diagram will be provided within 5 days after production.
- Shipping Documents: Packing list, invoice, and Bill of Lading (BL) are sent via DHL or Telex Release.
- Organized Packaging: Materials are packed systematically — plastic parts with plastic parts, pipes with pipes, mats with mats — to ensure smooth unloading and installation.

Shipping Basics
At Coolplay Playground, we provide reliable international shipping services to deliver playground equipment worldwide. Shipping is an essential part of our one-stop solution, and our sales team will assist you in checking freight costs and estimated transit times before placing your order.
- Transport Options: Equipment is usually shipped by sea freight or train freight.
- Container Sizes: Playgrounds are normally loaded into 20’ or 40’ containers.
- Departure Port: All products are first transported to Ningbo Port, China, and leave for their destination within 3–7 days after customs clearance.
- Shipping Timeframe: Transit times range from 15 to 60 days, depending on the destination country and shipping method.

Global Shipping Guide
At Coolplay Playground, we take global delivery seriously to ensure your indoor playground equipment arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please review the following important information and guidelines before receiving your shipment.
General Shipping Information
- Packaging: Our playground equipment is not shipped on pallets because each part has different shapes and sizes. Some packages may reach around 2.5 CBM, with the maximum single package weight at approximately 85 KG.
- Unloading: Customers are responsible for unloading. We recommend having 2–3 able-bodied people ready for team lift unloading.
- Storage: After unloading, please properly store all parts in a safe, dry location.
When the Container Arrives
- Verify Shipment: Check the container number and seal number to confirm that you received the correct delivery.
- Open with Caution: Carefully open the container door, as items may have shifted during transit and could fall.
- Inspect for Damage: Look for signs of damage such as waterlogging, broken crates, dents, scrapes, scratches, or torn packages.
- Take Photos: Document any damages with clear photos from multiple angles.
- Cross-Check Inventory: Compare the contents against the packing list provided.
- Report Issues Promptly: Any missing parts or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to do so may result in denial of claims.
