Shipping time varies by country, with sea freight taking 3–6 weeks. Installation for a small play area can be completed in just a few days, while a large commercial indoor play structure may require 2–4 weeks.

To begin, we’ll need your floor plan (with accurate measurements), or the real photos of the site, Target Age Group, Budget, and Any Their Ideas. With this, our design team will create a 3D layout that optimizes your space and includes the indoor play equipment best suited to your needs.

Yes. Based on your venue type—shopping mall, school, family entertainment center, or private business—we can suggest layouts that maximize visitor flow and revenue potential. Our indoor playground layouts consider safety, visibility, and customer experience.

Routine cleaning and safety checks are key. Most of our indoor play structures only require basic daily cleaning, weekly inspections, and occasional part replacements for high-traffic areas.

We provide a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. During this time, we will ship spare parts free of charge. Extended maintenance agreements are also available upon request.
